With 2 Decades Of Experience As A Real Estate Professional, Claudienne Hibbert-Smith Knew She Was Destined For Success and Showed Us What’s Possible When You Take The Leap

Claudienne Hibbert-Smith, creator and owner of the Hibbert Group Real Estate, is an inspiration to many entrepreneurs out there. While she was always smart and excelled in her academics, Claudienne had issues with her behavior throughout school that continuously got her into trouble. It was not until she found that one person who truly believed in her potential, her math teacher at the time, that Claudienne’s life began to shift. However, Claudienne began to fall back into bad habits and behavior once her teacher relocated, and she was left without a support system. At the tender age of 14, Claudienne became pregnant and gave birth to her son, Amari Bryant. She was highly stigmatized and, at the time, no one ever imagined that she would become the successful woman that she is today.

In fact, the stigma of ruining her life actually pushed Claudienne to make a drastic decision to change her life. As she changed her habits and the people she surrounded herself with, she began to excel in school and became one of the top academic performers, as well as Vice President of her high school graduating class. Claudienne went on to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree at The University of Florida. After spending 5 months at her insurance job, Claudienne partnered with the Keyes Company. She quickly grew within the company as a result of her sales volume, motivating her to create the Hibbert Group Real Estate Consultants. Hence, Claudienne services buyers and sellers in both the residential and commercial sectors, but also invests in real estate by buying and renting property through her company, CH Enterprises, LLC.

“When you set a goal, no matter the goal, and you Accomplished the Goal, you have gained Success. Success is not measured by your peers or standards, but by your own personal growth,” shares Claudienne.

Throughout the last two decades, Claudienne received various educational and Real Estate Industry credentials to include, but not limited to Chairman’s & Presidential Elite Circle, 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County, 25 Most Influential & Prominent Black Women in Business and Leadership, Top 5 Real Estate Network. In 2019, Claudienne received the Agents’ Choice Award from Miami Agent Magazine for her Charitable Service and she was also honored by the City of Miami Gardens in the Women’s Exposition as “Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things.” She has served as a realtor for the City of Miami Gardens, Miramar and Pembroke Pines and fulfilled the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Claudienne also serves on the City of Miami Gardens Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and sits on the City of Opa Locka Planning and Zoning Board.

In addition to her leadership positions and political involvement, Claudienne has also been a pillar of her community. While she has had great financial success, this has not stopped Claudienne from selflessly giving back to the community. She tirelessly gives her time to organize events with her non-profit organization, Claudy Cares Foundation. It is because of her great community involvement and dedication to its people that Claudienne was honored with the first ever Humanitarian Unsung Hero Award.

“Mindset is the Beginning of all Success or your Demise. What you think will manifest. So I try to focus on good things and to always understand the good or lessons that I could take from a situation,” states Claudienne.

Claudienne has not only built a business on her own, but has been able to maintain as #1 in sales in their immediate office of over 130 agents, and top 5 in the entire company of over 4000 agents. In addition to continuing to grow the Hibbert Group Real Estate company, Claudienne has a clear vision of where she wants to go next. One of her goals is to create 1,000 homeowners and or investors by the end of the year. She also hopes to begin coaching on stages across the United States and begin her own TV series, “Let’s Talk Everything Real Estate.” Make sure you keep up.

“Have a Vision and Goal. State it so that it is clear. Set a definite date to reach the goal. Create the Plan. Start the work. Smash Your Goal,” states Claudienne.
