Chris Groves is known for his saying “success is not for everyone”. He lives by the idea that it is something that you have to create for yourself and not everyone can do it. He was able to achieve his dream by working hard towards his goals and being strong with his convictions.
“Success is very different to each person. To me, it’s achieving a level most will never get to because they don’t want to put the effort in. To be able to achieve income on a daily that is not directly correlated to your hourly work. I’m known for a quote “success isn’t for everyone.” It’s a choice you have to make every day and keep in your mind every night. There is light at the end but most give up before they get there and blame the economy , their family, addictions we all need to take that responsibility on ourselves. Then you will achieve true success,” Chris explains.
Chris is the creator of Groves Capital which is a lending company. He has been the CEO for years, but his story starts off unlike many entrepreneurs. He was born and raised in a small town with not a whole lot of money to go around. This motivated him to push himself into the business world.
“I’m from a small town in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin. I have had help nor took a single dime to get to the level. Hard work discipline and I have sacrificed my time to be the most successful as possible. I’m in my early 30’s and I’m running the fastest growing mortgage company in the USA. I am now the owner and CEO of Groves Capital, a lending company ( residential and commercial ). We are in close to 20 states with 185 loan officers and 65 processors. We are family owned and operated and virtual. We pass the savings to our clients!” Chris remarks.
The other aspect of his life that got him involved in the business was his incredible wife who was an expert in the business before Chris even got a foot in the door.
“My wife Aleyna Goves, she was the best loan officer I had ever worked with. She knows loans and I know how to build companies so we own and operate the company together. Mortgage requires more of a strategist mindset which isn’t easy to accomplish online; it requires more hands on and creative thinking. My goal was to create a platform for long term partnership , that means changing as the market and economy changes to be the best fit for our partners. The best number wins bottom line !! and we have the best rates and products,” Chris states.
With the fastest growing mortgage company in the United States comes many new, fun projects that Chris has in the works for 2021. This includes launching a third party company that will be completed by late summer.
“We are launching a third party processing company called United Wholesale Processing uwprocessing.com and a third party funding company. Our goal is to be fully delegated by late summer. That means we will have our own underwriters in house. Once we achieve these steps servicing will be the last piece of the puzzle,” Chris says.
